Transfer Sharing Policy

HebShuttle, as legally required, operates under a private hire license with qualified drivers.

During peak times, transfers to popular destinations may be shared with other parties. This is to optimise the buses' occupancy and reduce the number of buses required to go to the same destination.

Fares are not permitted to be shared amongst the parties. Our fare per party already factors in a number of transfers being shared over the season.

Customers who wish not to share their transfer with others should state this at the moment of booking.

It is not possible to reserve seats on our transfers for customers which are not confirmed. Our transfers are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. This is to optimise the occupancy of our buses during peak times ensuring as many customers as possible are able to use the shuttle service.
